MEETING SCHEDULE The Women of Good Shepherd (WOGS) meet on the first Wednesday of every month at 10 a.m. in the church fellowship hall. Occasionally, it may be necessary to change the meeting date/time. Verbal announcements of the meetings are made at the conclusion of the Sunday service, printed in the Sunday bulletin, listed on the WOGS bulletin board and /or are included in the church calendar. ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE The only established position is that of Chairperson. The Chair is responsible for conducting the monthly meetings, recording the minutes, managing the funds and recruiting others to lead projects/activities as necessary. Since there are no formal elections, the Chairperson position is filled voluntarily each June. Currently, the Chair can serve as long as they are willing and able. However, there typically is a position turnover every two to three years. CONGREGATIONAL SUPPORT DINNERS WOGS organizes dinners for the congregation, especially during mid week lenten and advent services.  : CONGREGATIONAL EVENTSWOGS organizes celebrations for congregational anniversaries and other significant events in the church family.
